Well Being

THE CONCEPT:

        In the study of medicine, the idea of well-being and wellness are often directly correlated to health.  However, a broader approach considers more aspects when defining these terms.  Contentment, comfort, and happiness are all feelings that a person strives for in their attempt to attain well-being or wellness.  On the opposite side of the spectrum, feelings of agony, depression, and discomfort are often related to a life of misery, or state of mind lacking hapiness.  It is human nature to avoid these negative moods, as they are detrimental to holistic health. But
